I. Overview

GN19-10 (GN19-10C) series indoor high-voltage isolating switch is suitable for AC 5Hz, rated working voltage 6, 10kv; rated working current 200, 630, 1250A power system. It is used as indoor switchgear for breaking and closing the circuit under the condition of voltage and no load. This isolating switch is equipped with CS6-1 manual operating mechanism.

Five: structure and working principle

The conductive part of each phase of the GN19-10/400A, GN19-10/630A, GN19-10/1000A, GN19-10/1250A indoor high-voltage isolating switch is fixed on the base through two post insulators. (For GN19-10C/400A, GN19-10C/630A, GN19-10C/1000A, and GN19-10C/1250A, one is a pillar insulator and the other is a porcelain bushing insulator) It consists of static contacts and contact bases (or conductive rods). A pull rod insulator is connected in the middle of each phase contact knife, and the pull rod insulator is connected with the main shaft installed on the base. The main shaft is connected with the connecting rod and the CS6-1 hand force mechanism through the handle. The contact blade is composed of two grooved copper plates, which not only increases the heat dissipation area of the contact blade, which is beneficial to lowering the temperature, but also improves the mechanical strength of the contact blade and improves the dynamic stability of the switch. One end of the contact knife is mounted on the contact seat (or on the conductive rod) by means of bolts. In order to rotate the contact blade, the other end is separably connected with the static contact blade, and the contact force of the contact blade is maintained by the springs at both ends. Here, the indoor high-voltage isolating switch is arranged with a magnetic lock plate at the contact point. The purpose of adding the magnetic lock plate is to strengthen the attraction between the two slot-shaped contacts when a large short-circuit current passes through, that is, to increase the contact pressure, thus improving the dynamic and thermal stability of the switch. GN19-10/400A and GN19-10/630 isolation switch poles have small passing current. Therefore, the structure does not need to add a magnetic lock plate. Base assembly: It consists of base, spindle, limiter, stop ring, etc. The limiter is mainly used to ensure the required end position when the conductive contact knife is opened and closed.
