TDA and TSA high-voltage and large-capacity induction voltage regulators are developed to meet the needs of large-scale, industrialized, and intensive production. The products have large capacity, low loss and high efficiency. It has the characteristics of good voltage regulation waveform, large voltage regulation range, non-contact voltage regulation, and long-term reliable operation. It can directly input high voltage and output high voltage without going through distribution equipment. Widely used in large motors, water pump testing, glass manufacturing, chemical systems, rectifier equipment, plastic machinery, railway signals, electric furnaces, textile printing and dyeing, national defense engineering research and other fields. Installation, use and maintenance

1. The power supply voltage should conform to the input voltage on the nameplate of the voltage regulator;

2. The voltage regulator must be well grounded to ensure safety;


3. When using, always pay attention that the output current does not exceed the rated value, otherwise the life of the voltage regulator will be reduced or even burned;

4. When using, the handwheel should be rotated slowly and evenly to avoid damage to the brushes or sparks;

5. The use of the voltage regulator should be checked frequently. If the brushes are found to be too worn or damaged, the brushes of the same specification should be replaced in time, and the handwheel should be rotated several times under the brushes with a zero-grit sandpaper to make the power supply. The bottom surface of the brush is smoothed and the contact is good before it can be used;

6. The surface in contact with the coil and the brush should be kept clean frequently, otherwise it is easy to increase the spark and burn the surface of the coil. If it is found that there are black spots on the surface of the coil, it can be wiped off with cotton gauze dipped in alcohol until the surface spots are removed;

7. From the power supply to the voltage regulator, the wire and the terminal of the voltage regulator connected to the load should be in good contact and can pass the rated current of the voltage regulator;

8. When moving the regulator, do not use the hand wheel, but use the handle or lift the entire product to move;

9. When the voltage regulator needs to be installed horizontally on a large panel or vertically installed on other bases, it can be fixed by the mounting holes of the base of the voltage regulator;

10. The regulator is often protected and cleaned. Water droplets, oil stains, etc. are not allowed to fall into the regulator. The regulator must be powered off regularly to remove the dust accumulated inside.
