User acceptance and installation instructions of WSG three-phase dry-type isolation transformer

1. Unpacking inspection:

Whether the box is damaged during transportation; whether the technical documents, qualification certificates, warranty cards and accessories in the cabinet are complete; whether the transformer and other components are intact; whether the fasteners are loose or displaced, and whether the terminals are in contact bad.

2. Instructions for seating:

The transformer installation site must be dry and ventilated, without strong vibration, and no leakage of dust, sand, rainwater; There is enough room for ventilation and maintenance of the machine.

3. Insulation requirements:

Short-circuit the "input" and "output" terminals and lead out the test point. Use a 1000 megohmmeter to test the insulation resistance between the test point and the ground (case). The value should be greater than 2 megohms.

4. Check the wiring:

The first and most important work of the commissioning personnel is to carefully check the wiring. This work is the key to ensuring the reliable operation of the transformer and must be done carefully. details as follows:

a: Check whether the main circuit wiring is firm and reliable, especially if the connection between the QF air switch and the KM contactor is loose, it must be tightened.

b: Check whether the connection of various electrical devices on the back of the panel, such as voltmeter, ammeter, and indicator light, is reliable. If it is loose, it must be tightened.
