Weihao low voltage high current transformer is a special form of isolation transformer, divided into single-phase (DDG) and three-phase (SDG) series. The characteristic of low voltage and high current is that the primary voltage is high, the secondary voltage is very low and the current is very large. The high-current dry-type transformer is a special transformer specially designed and manufactured according to the electrical equipment testing of various switches, current transformers and other electrical equipment in electric power departments and industrial and mining enterprises. This series of products are mainly used in electric furnace heating, silicon molybdenum rod heating, and welding equipment. If this series of products are used to adjust the load current of the product under test, this product needs to be used in conjunction with a voltage regulator to achieve smooth and stepless adjustment. This series of products is suitable for power supplies with a rated frequency of 50HZ. Some products are equipped with taps at the beginning, which can only adjust the voltage after the power supply is cut off. The insulation heat resistance class of this series of transformers is Class F. The core of this product is made of cold-rolled oriented high-quality silicon steel sheets. The coil structure adopts cylindrical, elliptical and rectangular cylindrical.

The volume and weight of dry-type low-voltage high-current transformers adopt a split and integrated structure, which has the characteristics of stepless adjustment of output current, balanced current rise, large load change range, reliable work, simple operation, and safety. It is an ideal equipment for industrial and mining enterprises to carry out upflow or temperature rise tests. The products are manufactured according to the national standard GB 19212.5 or the Ministry of Machinery standard JB/T 8750-1998.
