Three-phase oil-immersed regulator product overview

An oil-cooled three-phase oil-type voltage stabilizer, also known as a smart voltage stabilizer or an inductive voltage stabilizer, is a new generation of intelligent and improved power voltage stabilizer developed by Weihao. The equipment and movement adopts a new optimized design, and the whole machine has a larger capacity (KVA). Most of the materials in this series are made of high-performance materials.

Three-phase oil-immersed voltage stabilizer application

It is mainly used for supporting the use of mechanical equipment such as tunnels and mines, mainly due to the large voltage drop over long distances, insufficient inversion voltage, and the load equipment cannot start to work normally. It is widely used in electrical appliances, electric furnace temperature control, rectification equipment matching, such as generator excitation, oil-immersed AC voltage stabilizer in machinery manufacturing, chemical, textile, communication and military industries.

Weihao oil-immersed voltage stabilizer is composed of voltage regulating transformer TS (including oil tank, stator, rotor top cover, transmission control motor M, handwheel mechanism and control circuit board voltage regulation and control secondary circuit components). WEHO realizes rotation and voltage regulation through telex motor or handwheel mechanism and gear coupling. The rotation range is within 180º, and there are electrical and mechanical limits on the upper end of the fuel tank. The electrical limit is cut off by the travel switch. The limit is blocked by the protective bolt to its rotational limit. The stator winding and rotor winding are fixed by the bottom frame and put into the oil tank. The tank is equipped with 10# transformer oil. When the load generates heat, it is cooled by oil immersion and dissipated through the heat pipe.

Output - three-phase oil-immersed voltage stabilizer, the voltage regulation accuracy can be adjusted to ±(2-5%), and the factory setting is ±3%
