It is often used in reactive power compensation, harmonic filtering, current limiting and other occasions. It adopts multi-layer winding and parallel cylindrical structure. It is separated from the encapsulation by a guide strip to form a ventilation air channel, which has good heat dissipation. At the same time, a small cross-section round wire is used for multiple equal winding, and the eddy current loss and magnetic leakage loss are small. In terms of insulation, we use poly The grease film is multi-layered and semi-laminated, with high insulating strength. The winding is tightly wrapped with glass fiber impregnated with epoxy insulating adhesive, and cured at high temperature to form a steel body, which has high mechanical strength and can withstand the impact of short-circuit current. Without damage, the surface of the coil has an anti-ozone UV protection layer, which is anti-aging and resistant to various harsh climates.
