Voltage Regulator Conditions of Use

SBW(W)K series regulators should be used indoors,

Ambient temperature 0~℃~ +45℃; relative temperature≤90%.

Altitude: no more than 3000 meters.

The installation site should be free of gas, steam, chemical deposits, dust, dirt and other explosive and aggressive media that seriously affect the dielectric strength of the voltage stabilizer.

The installation site should be free from severe vibration or turbulence.

Any special conditions of use that do not meet the above requirements should be determined by the user and the manufacturer.

Voltage Regulator Out-of-Box Inspection

Whether the box is damaged during transportation.

Whether the technical documents, certificate of conformity, warranty card and accessories in the cabinet are complete.

Whether the transformer and other components are intact.

Whether the fasteners are loose or displaced, and whether the terminals are in good contact.

Check whether the connection of various electrical devices on the back of the panel, such as the display instrument, indicator light, and button, is firm and reliable. If it is loose, it must be tightened.

Voltage Regulator Positioning Instructions

The installation site of the voltage stabilizer must be dry and ventilated, without strong vibration, dust, and rain.

When moving in place, it must be handled with care, and excessive dumping is strictly prohibited. After the machine is in place, the force on the chassis of the machine should be uniform, and the box should be placed stably.

There should be enough space around the location to ensure ventilation, repair and maintenance of the equipment.

Voltage Regulator Insulation Requirements

Short the "input" and "output" terminals of the regulator and draw out the test point.

Test point to ground (machine casing) with a 1000 megohmmeter to test the insulation resistance should be greater than 2 megohms. If it is less than 2 megohms, check the cause, or use an electric heater to dry the moisture in the cabinet until the insulation resistance reaches the standard.

Voltage stabilizer installation wiring

Connect the input power cord to the input power terminal (marked with the word "input wiring") to complete the input wiring of the voltage stabilizer.

Connect the output load line to the output terminal of the voltage stabilizer (marked with the word "output connection") to complete the output connection of the voltage stabilizer.


Connect the external zero line to the position of the voltage stabilizer: the ground wire is connected to the position of the ground wire of the voltage stabilizer, thus completing all the wiring of the voltage stabilizer.
